Situated high above our Garden sits our Cafe and Function Centre, where a picturesque view of the Garden and surrounding farmland can be enjoyed.
Also taking dining to the next level is our new Chef, Kurt Nayler. Having honed his skills across key destinations in Tasmania and the Whitsunday Islands in Queensland, he is now providing a delicious range of à la carte culinary fare for our locals and tourists.
Our new Summer Menu starts today and features tasty choices for every palate, including vegetarian and gluten free offers.
Enjoy a Warm Pumpkin Salad, served with roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, candied pear, walnuts and fetta, then finished with an apricot vinaigrette.
Or perhaps you’d prefer a sumptuous slow cooked Beef Ragu, served with pappardelle, house-made sauce finished with spinach and fresh parmesan.
More Tapas style is our Oven Baked Camembert accompanied by fresh thyme, cranberries and honey. Served with crusty bread and orange and cranberry sauce.
Or go full Mediterranean with our Traditional Bruschetta; Char-grilled sourdough topped with locally sourced tomatoes, basil and Spanish onion and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
